    Grace Ventures welcomes outside, fully insured vendors to help make your day a success. We are happy to share our preferred vendor list, and all outside vendors are required to be properly licensed and insured.

  • YES we do! Ceremonies can occur inside Grace Barn, outside in the Grove or on the Patio

  • The Grace Barn can accommodate up to 125 - 145 seated guests.

    Couples are welcome to rent a tent in order to accommodate a larger number of guests to be seated outside.

  • $15,000 to $20,000

  • The Scott Home is our on site option for our brides entourage or wedding couple!

    We also recommend Purposely Lost, Coles Mine Campground + JellyStone Campground + Local Air BNB’s or Homewood Suites - Dover just to name a few!

  • We celebrate regardless of Mother Natures decision on the day. We are able to shift your ceremony site to the Grace Barn for a California Style wedding should the weather not cooperate.

    Upon purchasing your Day of event insurance policy please keep an eye out for cancellation and postponement insurance eligible to be purchased.

  • Yes! The Grace Barn offers both Women’s and Men’s handicap accessible bathrooms.

  • The Grace Barn has 3900 square feet of Spray Foam insulation professionally done by InsuateME. A cross breeze is helpful on hot days along with a coverup on fall evening. We do offer Central Air to keep The Grace Barn "comfortable"

Booking FAQs

  • Please email us at hello@graceweddings.org when you are ready to book your preferred date and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable.

    Dates are reserved on a first requested basis.

  • Cash, Check and Credit Card is available for payment processing

  • We encourage you to visit the venue in person before booking, if possible. However, you may also request a tour—or a FaceTime tour if you are out of the area—through our tour request page. An in-person tour is not required prior to reserving a date.

Catering & Beverage FAQs

  • Grace Ventures has an on site bar option for our guests through Poppin Bottles. This conversation will occur during your planning meetings so we can best align the style you would like on your wedding day.

  • You are welcome to utilize the licensed and insured caterers of your choice.

    We do have a vendor list you may reference and can happily help guide you on your way!

  • The catering vendor you choose is Your chosen catering vendor will work directly with you to select menu and budget options. We encourage all catering vendors to tour the venue prior to your wedding day to ensure a smooth experience and a clear plan that supports your vision.able to help you directly select your food and budget options. We do encourage vendors to visit with us and tour the space prior to your wedding day. This ensures success and a clear plan to best support your vision.

Planning FAQs

  • Music and bar conclude by 10:00 pm on Friday’s and Saturday’s, and by 9:00 pm on Sunday’s and weeknights.

  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

    All deliveries must happen during the standard rental period. Please advise your vendors of this policy.

  • Unfortunately our Insurance guy frowns on this so do our historic beams.

  • Use of the barn requires clients to return the barn and surrounding areas to their original condition. All trash and recycling must be properly removed from the barn and placed in designated receptacles.

  • Due to the antique nature of the barn, we want to keep it in great condition as long as possible, meaning decorations may not be hung with tape, nails, or screws inside or on the outside of the barn. All decorations must be removed prior to your departure.

  • You will have exclusive use of the space—including the barn, mini golf, and ceremony grounds—for the full duration of your contract.
